White Cupcakes
you will need:
- 15.25 ounce white cake mix box
- 1 cup of flour
- 4 large egg whites
- 1/3 cup of water
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of vegtable oil
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of granulated white sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of almond extract
That little bit of almond extract I add gives it that little bit of extra flavor which sets this recipe apart
mix all together, bake at 325 fahrenheit for 18 minutes. this recipe will make 3 dozen, perfect for a party or bridge tournament.
